As discussed for the NPDES Permit No. TN0054941 the following information is needed: 1. The August 2019 Monthly Operation Report with the data from that month, 2. A written report indicating no discharge has occurred from the sanitary sewer connection date (August 2019) until March 2020, 3. Continued monthly reports indicating no discharge has occurred until the NPDES Permit is no longer active/terminated, 4. The date and disposal location of the treatment facility tank(s) solids, 5. A termination request of the NPDES Permit No. TN054941 per part II.B.2.b., page 10, in writing from the City of Kingsport responsible official stating the reason for the request, 6. Division of Water Resources approved plans or as-built plans of the pump station/sanitary sewer line/connection, and 7. Submittal in writing when the treatment facility is rendered unable to discharge to Dolan Branch. We appreciate the City's efforts to make the sanitary sewer connection to the City's collection system to enhance water quality in Dolan Branch.
