I/I:OverflowsAgreed OrderThe following items have been noted. • Enforcement order WPC09-0069 was closed on February 12, 2016. • The discharge monitoring data provided in the draft permit did not reveal any chronic overflows. • The facility is routinely meeting it’s percent removal for CBOD5 and TSS. • The monthly operating reports indicate that inflow and infiltration is an ongoing issue that demands additional rehabilitation. Based on this review we have decided to downgrade the moratorium status from a complete moratorium on all new sewer connections to a watch list status. Anyone wishing to connect must submit request to city to check capacity of city sewer line. The city's approval letter must accompany the plans submittal to division.
