Three Point Development Is proposing a residential development at the intersection of Durkee Road and Old Powerline Road in Bradley County, Tennessee. To accomplish the proposed development at the site, project sponsors are proposing to fill a total of five (5) wetland features while preserving two (2) wetland features. The initial general ARAP was issued for filling 0.21 acres of wetland, and the new layout requires filling of the remaining 0.73 acres of wetlands. The cumulative impacts will total 0.94 acres of fill with five (5) points of impact.
