The Tennessee Department of Transportation proposes impacts to six streams, five wetlands, and three ponds associated with widening State Route 14 (Austin Peay Highway) in Shelby County. Loss of 422.8 functional feet (ff) of stream will be offset through purchase of credits from Rossville Farm Mitigation Bank and loss of 110.8 ff will be offset onsite through Natural Channel Design. Wetland impacts (4.445 acres) and pond impacts (1.57 acres) will be offset through credit purchases at the Loosahatchie Wetland Mitigation Bank.
