The Tennessee Valley Authority proposes 4.62 acres of permanent wetland impact, 0.36 acres of temporary wetland impacts, and temporary impacts to up to 100 feet of stream for installation of 12 miles of transmission line between the Sequoyah/Watts Bar transmission line and the North Dayton transmission line. Mitigation will be provided through a purchase of 4.62 wetland credits from the Sequatchie Valley Wetland Mitigation Bank.
