Chronic Overflows	Letter	Chronic overflows from manhole #526. Moratorium initiated in 2016. In reviewing a plan design, it was discovered that the manhole referenced in the following moratorium is no longer in service, so this moratorium is no longer in effect. Per the design engineer for the project under review, “Regarding manhole 526, that was a manhole located outside of our pump station, which was abandoned and is no longer in service. While overflows may have previously existed, these occurred when WWTA’s Lee Highway Pump Station was connected to ours.
