Moratorium

OverflowsDirector's OrderThe Respondent shall make no further connections, line extensions, or allow increased flows to its wastewater collection system above any point in the collection system which has experienced 5 or more overflows in the previous 12-month period, except for those currently under construction, legally committed to, or necessitated by subsurface sewage disposal systems which, because of failure, pose a health hazard. Based upon correspondence from Wade Murphy and Rebecca Rush this provision is not applicable because there have not been more than 5 overflows at any point in the collection system--concurrence from Angela Jones.
