approx 2,000 LF of new 16” HP ST natural gas pipeline being relocated as part of the TDOT proposed roadway improvements along Alcoa Hwy, from Woodson Dr to Cherokee Trl. The water used to pressure test the pipe will be potable water from the KUB. This water will be discharged into Pond 1. Pond 1, and unnamed body of water, was classified for the Alcoa Hwy (Woodson to Cherokee Tra) roadway improvements as “water of the state"
