The Tennessee Department of Transportation proposes restoration of 8,193 feet of unnamed tributaries to Big Muddy Creek (Haywood County) resulting in 9,686 feet of restored channel. Impacts to 0.40 acres of wetland will be offset through 1.6 acres of wetland creation. The project is anticipated to provide compensatory mitigation for stream impacts associated with Project Blue Oval.
