French Broad/Nolichuckey River watershed to the Unicoi Water Utility District which is partially located in the Holston/Watuaga River watershed. This submittal provided to us the amount of 387,381 gallons per day which is the average daily amount of inter-basin transfer calculated for the highest continuous 90-day period for the period of January 1, 1997 through December 31, 1999, and also identified the originating watershed and the receiving watershed.
