Minor permit deficiencies were addressed. Gallatin has drafted a MJA that White House UD has refused to sign. The Division is in the process of drafting a letter to both parties involved. Gallatin has submitted the technical evaluation of the need to revise local limits as well as modifications to Activity 7 of their approved program. The Division is in the process of reviewing these submissions.
