Site visit to check on system status do to the lack of board members. Visited office manager and learned that two new commissioners had been appointed by Claiborne County Mayor with the next meeting scheduled for December 20th. Also learned that power was out on the 28th and was out at the time of the site visit. Requested copies of the bills regarding line repairs and customer complaints. Met with certified operator and discussed the status of the water treatment plant. Discussed potential for Mr. Price to step down and having another operator come in and learn how to operate the WTP. Also recommended that a SOP on plant operations be developed. Well #1 is operable, but not connected due to piping issue.
