Notes
Federal Mogul should be classified as a metal finisher due to use of passivating product. Federal Mogul should use the correct sample type as specified by the permit. Smithville should use the CWF or sample the regulated wastestream separately at AAA Coatings. SDCPs should be revised to include all required elements. Influent and effluent exceedances of protection criteria should be investigated and reported. Hauled waste, IU inspections, the approved program, and procedures for confidentiality and public requests were discussed.
