Work appears to have begun for the waterline installation. Riparian area, banks, and channel bed have been disturbed without any water diversion or upland EPSC measures in place to prevent discharges to waters of the state. Channel has been graded and significant deposition to the feature with the potential for downgradient impacts. The area should be stabilized and/or protected from downgradient impacts in the next rain event. See photolog.
