Notes
The home and most of the yard appeared to be complete and stable. However, a large excavation behind the house was in active disturbance. It was unclear whether the excavation was for an addition to the house or for another structure. The excavation appeared to be the work of the homeowner, not the original homebuilding contractor. No evidence of sediment having left the excavation was evident, and no evidence of off-site discharges was observed.
