Site visit 5/1/14 to confirm composite sampler operation & plant walk thru.
Eff was clear & no problems noted w/plant operation.
Noted that flow from plant PS by drying beds pumped U/S of inf flow meter & sampling.
Samples were collected May 5-9, 2014 using the STP eff composite sampler.
Passed both Cd & Pp testing.
Determined there was a problem with STP biomonitoring sampling for their tests.
Samples collected by time composite & therefore aliquots collected from standing water between SBR decant cycles.
