Not keeping compost temperature and moisture records. Mr. Brasfield indicated he will get a thermometer and start keeping compost temperature and moisture records. Had records of third party transfer but not on appropriate manure transfer forms. Emailed forms to Mrs. Brasfield on 2-26-15. CNMP needs to be updated to reflect composting of mortalities and third party transfer of manure.
