Notes
Several late submittals of initial overflow reports. No SORP; overflow SOPs and the ERP were not up to date with current contact information. Permittee has ongoing rehab program, but only rehabs ~1% of the system per year, or around 10,000 linear feet. Despite rehab projects, permittee discharged bypasses of roughly 22 million gallons into Manskers creek in a six month period.
