Notes
The effluent is great. The plant is 45-50 years old, and is in poor condition. Walls are corroding, and the structural integrity is suspect. 5 very minor reporting violations.
The 2010 CSI resulted in CCDE submitting a long term sewage plan. Plans have been drawn, estimates submitted, but no funding sources have been found at this time. WPC has no records of any of the proposed plans (for pump stations to get sewage to Ball Medical facility).
