The system failed to update their Wellhead Protection Plan in 2021. The Wellhead Protection Plan is critical to the quality and security of the drinking water system. One (1) point was deducted for this deficiency.
According to the monitoring information reported to the Division, your water system failed to maintain at least 4-log treatment of viruses before or at the first customer during the December 2021 monitoring period. This is a violation of the treatment technique requirement if the failure is/was not corrected within four hours of determining the facility is/was not maintaining at least 4-log treatment. Four (4) points were deducted for this deficiency.
During the inspection, it was noted that the lock on the clear well hatch was left unsecured. Failure to provide adequate security to finished water supply poses potential risks to water quality and safety. One (1) point was deducted for this item.
