No major concerns were noted during the course of the inspection. 3 Discharge events were observed from CSO outfall 004, on December 2016, December 2017, December 2018. Overflow reporting is occurring as outlined in the permit. Errors in overflow reporting documented in the previous inspection have been corrected, overflow reports now include associated precipitation amounts and duration of the overflow event. CSO Outfalls 004, 006, 002, and several lift stations were visited during this inspection. Lift stations that were reviewed includes during the inspection includes; Ringgold Rd., New Meadowbrook, and Sherwood. These lift stations are older and at times problematic. However, over the course of the inspection they were found to be well maintained and operated, each station receives improvements as needed.
