Due to misunderstanding of TTO certification by the IU, the IU missed several quarterly sampling events.
NOV was sent 10/25/13 for this violation & IU conducted sampling on 10/29/13.
IU pH violation reported on the June 2013 on their MOR.
No 24-hour notification given.
City didn't send NOV for pH violation or notification violation.
IU permit modification issued 10/25/13, changing sampling frequency on several parameters from 1/3 mo to 1/6 mo due to reduction in process flows.
Went over MUR for pH that IU should be following in their analysis.
