Notes
I met with Jeff Fowlkes and walked the site with him. There was no evidence of discharge from the washout area. The washoff area is by the building and drains toward the SE corner of the property. The SE corner of the property is bermed about two feet high and there was no sign of discharge. The secondary containment for their fuel is no longer necessary as there has been no fuel in the tank for some years now.
