Some issues with record accessibility due to a flood that occurred in the lab building during the installation of the influent sampler. Excessive effluent exceedances for E.coli and overflows. However, a reduction in the frequency of overflows was noted for the last 13 months. Improper sampling technique for E.coli and improper operation of the disinfection system. Algal growth observed in the influent and effluent composite sampler lines.
