Facility was maintaining required records. Facility had a copy of CNMP available for review. Producer was unable to find a copy of permit at time of inspection. Provided producer with a copy of permit and asked them to keep it with their CNMP and other records. No manure is exported from the facility. Manure is land applied using a Big Gun Sprayer. Producer had land application records with weather conditions at time of application and Total N / Total P applied. Wastewater lagoon had over 3 feet of freeboard on day of inspection. The wastewater lagoon levees appeared to be maintained. The roof of the compost shed had been damaged in a storm. Producer had lumber stacked next to compost shed to replace the roof. No uncovered hog remains were observed nor was any leachate observed coming from the compost shed on the day of inspection.
