Inspection performed in response to a complaint from Mr. David Ciarloni, owner of adjacent land to north. Silt fence placed, maintained, and working well along the border with Mr. Ciarloni's property. Large soil pile near SR 196 not stabilized. Observed dump trucks entering site from the west end of Canterbury Lane - no viable construction entrance built - but ground slopes steeply into newly disturbed area, so no great problem with sediment leaving here. Detention pond under construction - not stabilized but not gullying either. Outfall structure in place on north side - slopes not stabilized around outfall. No great amount of sediment noted in downstream side of outfall, but little rain of late. No NOC, SWPPP, or other information noted on site. Complete installation and maintenance of BMPs including stabilization of all disturbed areas at finished grade, maintenance of silt fencing, and building of correct construction entrance. Insure that copy of NOC, SWPPP, and pertinent site information is posted on the site.
