Facility appears well maintained and operated. Outfall 001 is no longer in use, as the package plant was decommissioned and replaced by a decentralized treatment facility that is permitted under SOP-16017. The treatment system that discharges to outfall 002 is used very infrequently, generally only during June and July. Facility personnel plan to eventually convert the treatment system to no longer directly discharge and instead send treated effluent to drip fields for disposal. Reminded personnel that they need to submit permit renewal application immediately and include modifications for removing outfall 001.
