Ditch along front road appeared stabilized and new rock had been installed. Sediment pond was dry and 2 feet of freeboard was observed. Entrance road had been covered and stabilized with asphalt. Front slope had been heavily vegetated. Filter socks placed along rear slope. Rear slope was not mulched. Mr. Shelton stated it would be mulched.
