CMC Steel’s EHS contact wanted to explore the environmental composition of a neighboring property for possible purchase. A portion of Third Creek is encapsulated on the property and there seems to be no connection to the county stormwater system. We discussed possible permitting options, onsite configurations for stormwater conveyance, and EPSC measures that could be required.
