TNR146836 Sunridge 7,8A, 8B, 9, 10, 11,and 12 ¿No Notice of Coverage onsite. The SWPPP was located in the contractor¿s truck, it had not been updated. EPSC measures were not installed according to the SWPPP. Inspections were not being conducted twice weekly. All contractors need to sign on the NOI. Phase 13 added after NOC was issued, no additional acreage under same footprint. MAF
