Lots 41, 46, 47, 52, 57 ¿ 60, 64, 65, and 67 were complete and stable and in occupancy. Lots 39, 43, 44, 49, 51, 55, 62, 63, and 66 were vacant and stable to moderately stable with no off-site discharges. Lots 40, 42, 45, 48, 50, 53, 56, 61, and 68 were moderately to poorly stabilized, with significant bare slopes, typically on the upper, concave portion of the slope above the roadside ditches. Minor to moderate rills/gullies had formed on several of the lots. However, no off-site sediment discharges were noted from these lots at the time of the inspection. Lot 54 was permitted separately under tracking number TNR152411. Home construction was complete, the driveway had been paved, and the front and side yards had been stabilized with lawn grasses. Another building was under construction in the back yard area, with limited soil disturbance around it. No off-site sediment discharges were noted at the time of the inspection.
