WOH, LAH, JAP and BSU met with Celina officials and Matt Tucker (Engineer) to discuss the status of corrective actions regarding the STP Headworks and collection system. The City has applied for the initial ARC grant. They are waiting to hear the results so they can take the next step in the application process. The City has yet to apply for a USDA Search Grant. They feel confident that they will receive the Search grant. The SRF is another possible funding source for the corrective actions. They have started some maintenance / observation on the collection system with local money. They believe they have corrected the issue at the veterinarian's office. The FOG program was discussed. Documents regarding FOG along with other municipal contact information were provided. Dumping of septage solids at the headworks was briefly discussed in the meeting. Prior to the meeting the headworks of the STP along with the outfall were visited by TDEC staff.
