Ben Matthews and I drove around the lagoon. Evidently needed repairs have not been made to the first pond's aerators and two of them were turned off. The one that was running appeared to be injecting a lot of air into the water and circulating it very well.
Ben and I drove to BEA's office and met with Regie Castellaw, Utility Manager. He attributed Brownsville's failure to perform monitoring on the SFFD River to a misunderstanding of what the State wanted in terms of flow. He said he would schedule a meeting for the first of the year so that the State, Brownsville and Brownsville's consultants, J. R. Wauford & Co. could discuss the issue.
