Inspected Distillery Rd.(36.434974, -86.790586), Forest Oaks (36.425628, -86.794879), and Hwy 41 (36.415439, -86.794314) pump stations. All have experienced more than 5 overflows since July 2017. Stations appear well maintained, no odors or large amounts of overflow debris were noted around them. Stations are being checked daily. Facility personnel have not been doing 24 hr/ 5 day notices for overflows, they were only reporting through monthly summary sheet. System does not have a SORP. System is undergoing some rehab work, but still reported 29 overflows in 2017 and have already reported 25 overflows in 2018.
