CEI inspection indicated the following:
1. New rotary type aerators have been installed in both lagoon cells.
2. Installation of bleach disinfection with ISCO 4501 pulse feeders complete. Outfall for contact.
3. Baffle curtain loose on one end of second cell.
4. Composite sampling for influent BOD, effluent Total Nitrogen and Total Phosphorous not taken as a true composite sample.
