Minor deficiencies were noted during inspection. CNMP needs to be updated to include one additional manure application field (Spud Hays). A more adequate cover was needed over pit access to a pit located beneath the hallway which connects barns. Producer indicated over the phone on 7-8-15 this issue has been corrected.
