SIte review was held at the request of the Park Manager Chris Cole. Review indicated that silt fence was not entrenched and that access road to bridge are had been cut alongside ridge. Park manager and contractor, R & S Contractor and Fabricator, was advised of proper method of silt fence installation and how to install hay bales at the bottom of the road.
