App. 4860 hogs onsite at time of inspection. Last land application conducted on 4-4-09. Required records, including weekly stormwater inspections, daily water line inspections and documentation of land application are being maintained onsite.
Last manure nutrient analysis was conducted on 3-31-09. Last soil analysis was conducted in 2008. No sampling equipment were found onsite for required monitoring in the event of a discharge. It was reccomended that bottles be maintained onsite.
