Inspection in response to conducted Compliance Review Meeting. The utility crossing has been completed and the disturbed banks have been stabilized. However, it appears that the natural conditions have not been mirrored following the approved work. Please reestablish natural hydrology to include stream width and depth. The impact area appears to be constricted, which could affect downstream geomorphology. As stated in the “rules and regulations”, Backfill activities must be accomplished in the least impactful manner possible that stabilizes the streambed and banks to prevent erosion. The completed activities may not disrupt or impound stream flow. Any disturbance to the stream bed or banks must be restored to its original condition. A 20 day completion window is being established for the needed repairs. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.
