Permit expired on December 21, 2021, application due e-mail notification sent to Mr. Brooks and Mr. Elizer's e-mail accounts. GWH called Mr. Elizer on March 30, 2023 to inquire about application. He thought that the application had been submitted, he will check on application, if it was submitted, he will resubmit it, if not he will submit a new one. No discharge reported from site on NetDMR electronic reporting. Stormwater runoff, pit dewatering flows into the sediment pond. Water in the pond is used for dust suppression. There was a minimal amount of water in the pond. There was no runoff along the railroad track.
