1/19/11 PAI inspection revealed excellent records; collection strainer for sample collected needs to be checked prior to sample collection - filtering effect; need to establish routine QA/QC program; some proceedure adjustments for CBOD (3 effluent dilutions), TSS (confirm results by reheating, recooling and reweighing); yearly ammonia comparability not performed since 2009, however, had sample containers ready to collect and send to Env Sci week of 1/24/11; new grit chamber installled 1/18/11; in process of collecting samples for quarterly biomonitoring; have not received biomonitoring reports from facility even thought "pass" reported on DMR.
