Notes
Facility well maintained and operating properly on the whole. Surfactant foam noticeable on aeration, none visible on outfall. Metro Water has since isolated the discharger and corrected. Some lab reports did not have initials or name of lab analyst; problems noted transferring data from the bench sheets to MOR's. Reports now require analyst initials and corrected MOR/DMR have been submitted.
