Notes
Completed a TAV over the phone/videoconference. Ashleigh Kirby, PT Coordinator for AUB provided information during the inspection. Athens has 6 permitted SIUs. 3 are categorical. All facilities are currently in compliance. New permits have been issued to all the SIUs and will become effective on July 1, 2021.
Heil Trailer has made some improvements at their facility and are exploring the possibility of coming of the permit. They will be conducting monitoring for zinc and BOD on a monthly basis starting in July 2021.
The only Covid related difficulty the program has experienced was due to one of the facility contacts being quarantined, which caused a self monitoring event to be delayed. The facility was granted an extension to complete the monitoring and submit the report. They facility has done so and are now in compliance.
A file review was conducted for Denso. The facility is in compliance. Denso was inspected and sampled by the CA on Jan 28, 2021. The CA is awaiting results of the sample analysis.
