Conducted follow up visit during ongoing rain event. Significant sitewide improvements have been made that include perimeter stabilization, inlet protection, and outfall EPSC enhancement. During the inspection, quality of discharge seemed improved as compared to previous inspection, but uniformly brown runoff still appears to be undermining final row of EPSCs to neighboring pond which remains uniformly brown in color – for this reason site remains out of compliance. *Most recent inspection on site dated 02/23
