Notes
During the survey, it was noted that there were holes in the top of the clearwell and that there is no documentation of inspection, only one properly working well, and the other used as an emergency well. The Division is requiring the Gallaway Water System to get an inspection of the clearwell, and send in a timeline for construction of Well #5, on or before September 9,2021.
