Facility is well maintained and operated. This treatment system serves Camp Stahlman and CubWorld portions of reservation. It replaces the package plant that was previously permitted under TN0059137 for Outfall 001. Records are maintained onsite and facility is inspected regularly by personnel. Drip field looked good, with no areas of pooling water or surface saturation noted.
