Multi-Agency inspection with representatives of the Applicant, OSMRE, USFWS, TWRA, TDEC, and The Nature Conservancy/ATAYA Hardwoods present. No recent disturbance of the site since reclamation of the Sterling & Strays mine. Discussed sequence of NPDES & ARAP permitting with the applicant. No issues were noted that would preclude preceding with permit review and issuance of a draft permit.
