Facility was inspected on July 7, 2022. It was raining at the time of inspection and storm water was draining to the ponds as permitted. The ponds were holding water but not discharging at the time of inspection. Storm water draining down the haulroad entered sumps before discharging into the receiving stream. After flowing over the sumps the storm water was still turbid when entering the receiving stream. Some sumps were filled with material and should be cleaned out as necessary to improve storm water conditions. This site is in compliance with the NPDES permit.
