Notes
Inspection to review the Outfall and laboratory conditions. Rolling phosphorus and nutrient violations were discussed. Since Smith U.D. has taken over operation in June of 2019, the rolling averages have improved. An LDO meter for use in the lab along with an ORP probe was discussed.
Biosolids have not been wasted since June. Land application of the material was extensively discussed. Spreading the material for beneficial use without returning superinant to the STP headworks may improve the 12 month rolling average levels of the nutrients.
