NOV for failure to enforce the pretreatment program. Church Hill should follow the approved ERP to take enforcement for Techni-Glass reporting semi-annually as opposed to quarterly as required by the permit. SNC should be published as required. Church Hill submitted the SUO, ERP, local limits, and IWS for review shortly after the audit. SAR revisions are also required to be submitted. Permit and IU file deficiencies noted in letter.
